Atlas Scholars recognized a lack of competitive, performance-based environments providing real-world experience to students before they entered the workforce and the disparity in opportunities and exposure between students coming from different backgrounds and schools. In seeking to close this gap, we provide three-year summer internships, professional mentorship and exposure, and access to a network of support.
