Family Roots for Life, Inc.® (www.familyrootsforlife.org) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization whose mission is to reunite, reconnect, and restore children, youth, individuals, and families.

We provide social, emotional, and behavioral health services to children, youth, young adults, and families.

We also help to reunite and/or reconnect children who have been involuntarily removed from their birth families; to help restore families that have been disrupted due to substance abuse, mental illness, domestic violence, and other social skills.

To support transition-age youth and young adults, we provide two signature programs: Roots and Wings Mentoring Program and Hopes and Dreams Transition Services. Through these efforts, we provide life skills training and purpose-driven life planning. We also facilitate individual and family mentorships to youth and young adults in need.
