Independence Heights Redevelopment Council

Independence Heights Redevelopment Council seeks to empower the people of Independence Heights community to be the change agents for community revitalization. The organization consists of 8 councils. IHRC impact includes disaster recovery, senior and youth programs, recreation, history, arts and culture. (95 % of the clients served are low to moderate income. We serve 588 families per year.
