Our organization address the lack of mentoring and supports made available to underserved youth and young adults by exposing them to education, employment and economic opportunities through collaboration with other community partners. Youth and young adults residing in the Greater Houston Area have an increased exposure to crime and violence. By increasing protective factors in these underserved communities and partnering with school districts, TFT will mentor at-risk students through the early warning system.
