Our mission is to celebrate and to promote Black Culture through music & arts and to promote the growth of visual art, drama, entertainment, literature, and dance. Nestled in the heart of Houston, the foundation encourages young people to know and love the arts and we seek to foster the value of self-discipline, teamwork, and excellence. The Foundation for Black Heritage and Culture is a registered 501c3 organization that curates Black Heritage Fest. Black Heritage Fest is an all weekend experience that promotes historical and cultural solidarity. This three-day experience has something for everyone: local and world famous musical entertainers, guest speakers, exhibits, health & wellness education, financial empowerment, and self-expression all within the unique blend of African and African-American style!
