The Race Equity Leadership and Research Collective

Our target population include folx who are 18+ yrs old who are community leaders, organizers, in academia and careers across Texas. We have trained over 25 BIPOC community leaders on skills to combat oppressive systems and lead with an anti-racism lens.
Grassroots (using collective action from Black community to effect change at the local, regional, or national level)
Community-based (approach allows communities to have an active role and participate in highlighting and addressing the issues that matter to them)
