West Street Recovery’s mission is to connect communities to the resources that they need to not only rebuild after Hurricane Harvey, but to build communities that are resilient, secure and stronger than before. West Street Recovery is organized to deliver disaster relief, improve emergency preparedness, build resilient communities, and generate economic development in low income Black and Brown Communities.
